In 1983 when Devorah arrived in America from Cuba, riding an inflatable tube across the ocean. Along the way, she encountered the majesty of the sea—its vastness, beauty, and even its dangers, as sharks glided beneath her. This experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for resilience and adaptability.

From cleaning to insight! 
Finding herself immersed in Miami’s bustling city, Devorah embarking on a career in the cleaning industry. Tirelessly working seven days a week, often exceeding 55 hours, she honed her skills and developed a keen eye for detail. But it was her interactions with clients that sparked her curiosity.
The revelation came when Devorah noticed some of her best customers prepped their spaces before her arrival or tidied up afterward. Conversations revealed their desire for personalized attention—to focus on specific areas or address overlooked tasks. Cleaning wasn’t just about scrubbing surfaces; it was about understanding and meeting each client’s unique needs.
Driven by passion, Devorah made a bold move—leaving behind the cleaning business to drive a tractor in the early morning light of the farming industry in southwest Florida. The rhythm of the fields, the smell of freshly turned soil—it fueled her determination. She was soon promoted to supervisor.
